📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and process import documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading.
• Coordinate with customs brokers and shipping agents to ensure smooth clearance of imported goods.
• Monitor import orders and track the status of shipments to ensure timely delivery.
• Conduct regular audits of import processes to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
• Maintain accurate records of import transactions and prepare reports for management.
• Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure proper handling and storage of imported goods.
• Stay updated on import regulations and customs procedures to ensure compliance.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and internal teams.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in import/export operations or a related role.
• Proficient in using import/export software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and customs procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
