📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee drinks using our state-of-the-art espresso machine and other coffee equipment.
• Assist customers with food and beverage orders, ensuring a smooth and efficient service.
• Maintain a clean and organized café, including cleaning and restocking supplies.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all customers.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest coffee trends and techniques, and continuously improve your skills.
• Handle cash transactions and manage the café's cash register.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to ensure a high standard of service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a café or restaurant setting, preferably as a barista or waiter.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Familiarity with basic coffee brewing methods and equipment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to providing excellent service.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds (9 kg) of weight.
• Friendly and approachable demeanor, with a passion for coffee and customer service.
