As a Data Center Facility Engineer at Titanicom Tech Limited, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing the physical infrastructure of our data centers. You will work closely with the IT team to ensure that our data centers run smoothly and efficiently, providing reliable and secure services to our clients. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Install, maintain, and troubleshoot data center infrastructure, including servers, networking equipment, and cooling systems.
Monitor and manage power distribution units (PDUs), uninterruptible power supplies (UPS), and backup power systems.
Ensure the proper functioning of HVAC systems and fire suppression systems.
Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to identify and address potential issues.
Collaborate with the IT team to ensure the availability and reliability of data center services.
Implement and enforce security protocols to protect the data center environment.
Document all maintenance activities and keep records of equipment performance.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in data center facility management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in data center facility engineering or a related role.
Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Cisco CCNA, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
Familiarity with data center infrastructure, including servers, networking equipment, and cooling systems.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Knowledge of power distribution units (PDUs), uninterruptible power supplies (UPS), and backup power systems.
Understanding of HVAC systems and fire suppression systems.
