📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture
• Develop and implement business growth strategies, analyzing market trends and customer needs
• Facilitate communication between our international partners and Indonesian team members, ensuring smooth operations
• Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring efficient and effective delivery
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis, identifying opportunities for business expansion
• Attend and participate in industry conferences, workshops, and training sessions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and operational excellence
• Provide regular reports and presentations to senior management, highlighting key achievements and insights

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3-5 years of professional experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related industry
• Fluent in Mandarin, with the ability to communicate effectively in both written and spoken form
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with a proven track record of developing high-performing teams
• Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to drive business growth
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Certification in Project Management (PMP) or a related field is a plus
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally, as required by the role
