📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and manage accounts receivable, ensuring accurate and timely collection of payments
• Work closely with the sales team to resolve any payment discrepancies
• Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure timely payments
• Prepare and submit monthly financial reports to management
• Follow up on overdue accounts and negotiate payment plans when necessary
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and other related documents

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or similar financial roles
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial systems
• Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
