As an Architectural Site Supervisor at LHL Dixon Builder, you will be responsible for managing construction sites, ensuring compliance with architectural designs, and coordinating with various stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to maintain the highest standards of quality and safety. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the construction of high-end residential and commercial projects, ensuring adherence to architectural designs and building codes.
• Manage and supervise construction teams, including laborers, engineers, and subcontractors, to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address potential issues, ensuring safety and compliance with regulations.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve design and construction challenges.
• Ensure all construction activities comply with environmental and sustainability standards.
• Prepare and submit regular progress reports and site documentation to project managers and stakeholders.
• Train and mentor junior staff to maintain high standards of workmanship and safety.
• Ensure all construction activities are completed within budget and on schedule.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in site supervision for high-end construction projects.
• Proven experience with AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural software.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian building codes and regulations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid driver’s license and experience with site vehicles.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
