📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct credit assessments and surveys for motorcycle financing applications
• Collaborate with sales teams to promote financing products and services
• Provide financial guidance and explain financing terms to customers
• Process and manage financing applications using our in-house system
• Monitor and report on sales performance and customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions
• Assist in training and onboarding new sales staff
• Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory requirements

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, credit assessment, or a related field
• Strong understanding of motorcycle financing products and services
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Knowledge of Indonesian credit scoring systems is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred
