📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Visit customers to collect payments and negotiate repayment plans.

• Maintain strong customer relationships to encourage timely repayments.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in collections or a related field.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with financial software and collection systems.
• Knowledge of Indonesian banking and financial regulations.
