As a Medical Biller, you'll handle end-to-end revenue cycle management, from patient registration to claim submission and follow-up. You'll use industry-standard tools like Epic, Cerner, and Practice Fusion to streamline processes and improve efficiency. This role offers a dynamic environment where your expertise will directly impact financial outcomes and patient care.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process patient registrations and insurance verifications accurately and efficiently.
• Generate and submit patient claims to insurance companies using Epic and Cerner.
• Follow up on denied or pending claims to ensure timely resolution.
• Monitor and reconcile accounts receivable to maintain accurate financial records.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to resolve billing discrepancies and improve processes.
• Stay updated with healthcare regulations and billing guidelines to ensure compliance.
• Provide exceptional customer service to patients and insurance companies.
• Participate in continuous training and professional development to enhance skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in medical billing or healthcare revenue cycle management.
• Certification in medical billing (e.g., CPC, CCM, or CMB) is a plus.
• Proficient in using Epic, Cerner, or Practice Fusion for billing and revenue cycle management.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations and insurance policies.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
