We are currently seeking a Mandarin Speaker to join our team in Jakarta Utara. This role is crucial in bridging communication between our Indonesia office and the management team, ensuring seamless coordination and understanding.

As a Mandarin Speaker, you will be responsible for translating and interpreting documents, emails, and conversations between Indonesian and Mandarin. You will also assist in organizing meetings, events, and other administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of our office.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Translate and interpret documents, emails, and conversations between Indonesian and Mandarin.
• Assist in organizing meetings, events, and other administrative tasks.
• Support the General Affairs Officer in maintaining office records and files.
• Assist in preparing and distributing meeting agendas, minutes, and reports.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Assist in the preparation of travel arrangements for management.
• Support the General Affairs Officer in maintaining office safety and security.
• Assist in the preparation of office supplies and equipment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Fluent in both Indonesian and Mandarin, both written and spoken.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in translation and interpretation services.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Ability to travel occasionally.
