Based in Canggu, Bali, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to manage IT projects from inception to completion. Utilizing tools like Jira, Trello, and Confluence, you'll oversee Agile methodologies, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in IT project management and a passion for driving innovation in the banking industry.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and deliver IT projects from initiation to closure, ensuring they meet business and technical requirements.
Oversee Agile methodologies and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align technology solutions with business objectives.
Utilize project management tools such as Jira, Trello, and Confluence to track progress and manage tasks.
Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure smooth project delivery.
Provide technical guidance and support to the development team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
5-7 years of experience in IT project management, preferably in the banking sector.
Certification in PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent is a plus.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and project management tools like Jira, Trello, and Confluence.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of banking systems and digital banking solutions is a plus.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
