📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the recruitment process from sourcing candidates to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.
• Administer employee benefits and ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees to support their professional development.
• Handle employee relations issues, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
• Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records using BambooHR and other HR management software.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Support the HR team in various projects and initiatives as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a generalist role.
• Familiarity with HR management software such as BambooHR and Greenhouse.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Professional certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, or CHRP) is a plus.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
