📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage the company's export-import operations, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and standards.
• Develop and implement strategies to expand our market reach and increase trade volumes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and government agencies.
• Monitor market trends and economic indicators to identify new trade opportunities and mitigate risks.
• Lead a team of trade professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.
• Utilize trade management software such as SAP or Oracle to streamline trade processes and improve efficiency.
• Stay updated with international trade policies and regulations, ensuring compliance and advising the team on best practices.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and network with potential partners.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in international trade, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing export-import operations and achieving sales targets.
• Strong understanding of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and documentation requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
• Familiarity with trade management software such as SAP or Oracle is a plus.
• Certification in International Trade or a related field is a plus.
