📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Recover outstanding debts from clients through phone calls, visits, and negotiations.
• Track and manage debt collection processes using software such as Salesforce or similar tools.
• Prepare and submit reports on debt collection activities and progress.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to facilitate debt recovery.
• Follow up on overdue payments and negotiate payment plans with clients.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients during the debt collection process.
• Monitor and update debt collection records in the company's database.
• Assist in the preparation of legal documents related to debt collection.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in debt collection or a related field.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with debt collection software such as Salesforce or similar tools is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Good understanding of Indonesian financial regulations and laws related to debt collection.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to travel to client locations as required.
