📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Teach subjects within the Cambridge curriculum, including Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.
• Develop and deliver lesson plans that align with the Cambridge curriculum and national education standards.
• Assess student progress and provide feedback to support their academic growth.
• Participate in school-wide initiatives and events to enhance the learning experience for all students.
• Collaborate with colleagues to improve teaching practices and student outcomes.
• Stay updated with the latest educational trends and incorporate innovative teaching methods into your practice.
• Provide support to students with special educational needs, ensuring they receive appropriate accommodations and assistance.
• Attend professional development workshops and training sessions to enhance your teaching skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or Biology, or a related field.
• Cambridge Teaching Qualification (CTQ) or equivalent certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience, preferably in a Cambridge curriculum school.
• Strong knowledge of the Cambridge curriculum and assessment frameworks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents.
• Passion for teaching and a commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
