📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot Industrial IoT and Smart Building solutions using tools like Node-RED, MQTT, and OPC UA.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new IIoT and Smart Building solutions.
Provide technical support to clients, ensuring the seamless operation of our systems.
Monitor system performance and proactively address any issues that may arise.
Document system configurations, troubleshooting steps, and best practices.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
Participate in on-call rotations to ensure 24/7 system availability.
Train and mentor junior team members on IIoT and Smart Building technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in system support, IT support, or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of Industrial IoT protocols and standards (e.g., MQTT, OPC UA, Modbus).
Experience with IIoT platforms such as AWS IoT, Azure IoT, or Google Cloud IoT.
Proficiency in scripting languages like Python or JavaScript.
Familiarity with smart building technologies and systems.
