📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs aligned with organizational goals and employee development needs.,Deliver training sessions and workshops to employees, ensuring effective knowledge transfer.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and ensure program relevance.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Provide guidance and support to employees on career development opportunities within the company.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate setting.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with HRIS systems and training management software is a plus.,Proven ability to analyze training needs and design effective training programs.
