📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Plan and organize banquet events from start to finish, ensuring they run smoothly and meet the highest standards of quality.,Coordinate with vendors, caterers, and other service providers to ensure all aspects of the event are covered.,Manage event budgets and ensure they are used efficiently and effectively.,Oversee the setup and breakdown of banquet facilities, ensuring they are in good condition and ready for the next event.,Provide excellent customer service to clients and guests, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.,Maintain accurate records of all events and related expenses.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in event management.,Train and mentor junior banquet staff as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in banquet staff or a related role.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using event management software and other relevant tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with local regulations and requirements for event planning and execution.,Knowledge of local vendors, caterers, and other service providers in Yogyakarta.
