📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the full-set accounting and financial reporting processes,Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and reports,Conduct regular financial analysis and provide insights to management,Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations,Manage and mentor junior accountants and finance staff,Stay up-to-date with the latest accounting trends and technologies,Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and the board of directors,Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll and benefits administration

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and financial reporting,Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulations,Proficient in using accounting software and financial reporting tools,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
