📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of sales leads through various channels such as cold calling, email marketing, and social media.,Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients before, during, and after the sales process.,Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to drive sales growth.,Analyze sales data and provide regular reports to the sales manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding revenue goals.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.,Proficiency in using sales tools and software such as CRM systems.,Familiarity with the Indonesian market and industry trends is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
