📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, including cakes, cookies, and other desserts.,Ensure all pastries meet high quality and safety standards.,Maintain and organize the kitchen and equipment to ensure efficiency and cleanliness.,Work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.,Create and test new pastry recipes to keep the menu fresh and exciting.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members.,Manage inventory and ordering of ingredients to ensure smooth operations.,Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed in the kitchen.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of creating high-quality pastries.,Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with food safety and hygiene regulations.,Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.,Willingness to travel and work in a tropical environment.
