Pacific Snack is looking for a dynamic and experienced Lead Staff Service (Cashier) to join our team in Salatiga, Jawa Tengah. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our cashier operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise cashier staff to ensure high standards of service and customer satisfaction.,Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.,Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Train and develop new staff to meet company standards.,Monitor cash drawer balances and report any discrepancies.,Participate in inventory management and restocking as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in a cashier or customer service role.,Proven track record of excellent customer service skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic computer skills and familiarity with cash register systems.,Knowledge of Indonesian language is a must.,English language skills are a plus.,Valid ID and work permit (if applicable).
