📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily pharmacy operations, including medication dispensing, inventory management, and patient counseling.,Lead and mentor a team of pharmacists and pharmacy technicians.,Ensure compliance with all regulatory and quality standards in pharmaceutical practices.,Develop and implement strategies to improve pharmacy efficiency and patient care.,Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure accurate medication orders and patient safety.,Manage pharmacy budgets and resources effectively.,Participate in continuous education and professional development activities.,Handle patient inquiries and provide expert pharmaceutical advice.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role in pharmacy.,Certification in pharmacy practice (e.g., SIPP, SIAK) is a plus.,Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical laws and regulations.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using pharmacy management software.
