📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee all HR activities and ensure compliance with labor laws.
  • Manage the recruitment process, including job advertising, candidate screening, and onboarding.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.
  • Facilitate training and development programs for employees.
  • Address employee grievances and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Lead HR projects and initiatives to support the company's strategic goals.
  • Build strong relationships with management to align HR strategies with business objectives.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using HR management software and tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proven track record of success in HR leadership roles.
