📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and non-coffee beverages to customers.,Process customer payments accurately and efficiently.,Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including cleaning equipment and restocking supplies.,Assist in inventory management and ordering new supplies as needed.,Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all customers.,Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.,Work as part of a team to achieve daily and weekly sales targets.,Learn and apply new skills and techniques to improve performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 6 months of experience in a similar role (preferred but not required).,Familiarity with coffee brewing methods and equipment.,Good communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Reliable and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic.,Basic computer skills, including the ability to use point-of-sale systems.,Fluency in Indonesian is required; English is a plus.
