Manage recruitment and selection processes to ensure we find the best talent for our company.,Administer and maintain employee records, including personal data, performance evaluations, and training records.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.,Facilitate employee training and development programs to enhance skills and improve performance.,Handle employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing grievances.,Oversee payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries and benefits.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Assist in the formulation and implementation of HR strategies aligned with the company's objectives.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a similar industry or company size.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Familiarity with HR information systems and payroll software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.🛠️ Keahlian
