📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the day-to-day financial operations of the hotel, including accounts payable and receivable.,Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Monitor and manage the hotel's budget, ensuring that expenses are within the allocated budget.,Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records and transactions.,Prepare and submit tax returns and other regulatory filings.,Provide financial advice and recommendations to management on financial matters.,Maintain relationships with external auditors and accountants.,Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and laws.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a finance or accounting role in the hospitality industry.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.,Proficiency in using accounting software, such as QuickBooks or SAP.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages.
