Sentosa Rubber is seeking a dedicated Finance Admin to join our team in Jatinegara. This is an immediate opening, and we are looking for someone who can start right away. The Finance Admin will play a crucial role in managing our financial records, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and supporting our finance team in various administrative tasks.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintaining and updating financial records and ledgers.,Preparing and processing monthly financial reports and statements.,Assisting in the preparation of financial documents for internal and external use.,Handling vendor invoices, payments, and reconciling accounts.,Supporting the finance team in budgeting and forecasting activities.,Assisting in the preparation of financial close activities.,Providing administrative support to the finance department.,Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.,Good knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Excellent organizational and time-management skills.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
