📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and clients.,Manage the sales team, providing coaching and support to ensure high performance.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other sales events to promote our products.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.,Strong understanding of the retail industry and consumer behavior.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficient in using sales software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian is required.
