Shine Express Sentosa is seeking a dedicated Deputy Procurement Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the procurement process, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring the smooth flow of goods and services. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the procurement process, including supplier evaluation and selection,Maintain and update supplier databases and records,Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services,Monitor inventory levels and place reorder requests,Prepare and process purchase orders, invoices, and payment requests,Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures,Assist in the preparation of procurement reports and analysis,Support the procurement team in achieving departmental goals and objectives

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or related field,Strong knowledge of procurement processes and procedures,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint),Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment,Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus
