📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the strategic planning and development of the Medical Tower project, ensuring alignment with Tan Tock Seng Hospital's vision and goals.
• Lead and coordinate a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including architects, engineers, contractors, and healthcare providers.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of the Medical Tower.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and best practices in medical facility planning and construction.
• Develop and implement quality assurance and control measures to maintain high standards of construction and operational performance.
• Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, regulatory bodies, and community organizations.
• Represent Tan Tock Seng Hospital at industry conferences, forums, and other professional events.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in medical facility planning and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field, with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in medical facility planning and development.
• Proven track record of successful project management in the healthcare sector, with a focus on complex and high-profile projects.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team of professionals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools, such as AutoCAD, Revit, and project management tools like MS Project or Primavera.
• Certifications in healthcare facility planning and design, such as LEED AP, NCIDQ, or other relevant certifications.
• Familiarity with local regulations, standards, and best practices in medical facility planning and construction in Bali.
• Passion for creating world-class healthcare infrastructure and a commitment to providing exceptional healthcare services to the community.
