📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach efforts.,Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, insurance companies, and other partners.,Create and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration.,Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to inform strategic decisions.,Attend and participate in industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to expand our professional network.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably in the healthcare industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant business software.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
