📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the branch to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and mentor a team of employees to achieve departmental and company goals.,Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify trends and opportunities.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of services.,Participate in company-wide initiatives and projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven experience in sales and customer relationship management.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Familiarity with sales and marketing strategies.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
