📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the procurement process from start to finish, including sourcing, negotiating, and ordering materials and supplies.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery and competitive pricing.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels.,Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure favorable terms.,Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and potential cost-saving opportunities.,Prepare and analyze purchase reports to track spending and identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to procurement.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient purchasing operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or purchasing roles.,Strong knowledge of procurement software and systems.,Excellent negotiation and communication skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Familiarity with Indonesian procurement laws and regulations.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
