📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the planning, design, and execution of engineering projects.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met.,Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.,Prepare and present project reports and updates to stakeholders.,Collaborate with suppliers and contractors to source materials and services.,Conduct site inspections and quality control checks.,Develop and maintain project documentation and records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant field).,Minimum of 3 years of experience in project engineering or related field.,Strong project management skills with experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.,Proficiency in engineering software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Primavera, MS Project).,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of local regulations and standards is a plus.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
