Base City Mandiri is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Balikpapan, Kalimantan Timur. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our logistics operations to ensure efficient and timely delivery of goods. This role offers a competitive salary of Rp 10.000.000 – Rp 14.000.000 per month. We are looking for a professional who is detail-oriented, organized, and has a strong understanding of logistics principles.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate logistics operations including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.,Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.,Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.,Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and transportation providers to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Oversee the loading and unloading of goods to and from vehicles.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Provide regular reports on logistics performance and make recommendations for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and customs.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
