Sun Local Pratama is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Training Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. You will also be responsible for managing and mentoring junior training officers and ensuring the successful implementation of training initiatives. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design, develop, and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge,Manage and mentor junior training officers to ensure the successful implementation of training initiatives,Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements and develop appropriate training solutions,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement,Collaborate with department heads and managers to ensure training programs align with business objectives,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, with a proven track record in designing and delivering effective training programs,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and technologies,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Proficiency in Indonesian and English
