📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales.,Create and manage social media campaigns across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).,Optimize website content and structure to improve search engine rankings and user experience.,Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and social media insights.,Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and relevant content for digital channels.,Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.,Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).,Conduct A/B testing to optimize marketing campaigns and improve conversion rates.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing or a related role.,Proven experience in social media marketing and content creation.,Familiarity with SEO and SEM best practices.,Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and metrics.,Excellent communication and collaboration skills.,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).,Knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.
