Village Bright Jaya is seeking an experienced and dynamic Branch Manager to lead our operations in Palembang, Sumatera Selatan. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day activities, managing staff, and ensuring the success of our branch. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring efficiency and productivity.,Manage and mentor a team of employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance and customer satisfaction.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Manage inventory and budget, ensuring financial targets are met.,Conduct regular staff meetings and performance reviews.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Represent the company at industry events and meetings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven leadership and team management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Knowledge of local regulations and industry standards.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
